These Terms and Conditions govern your use of niefuerteventura.com (the "Website") and the services provided by NIE Fuerteventura ("we", "us", "our").
1. Who we are
NIE Fuerteventura is an independent private agency offering advisory and document-preparation assistance for foreigners completing administrative procedures in Fuerteventura, Spain. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any public administration.
2. Our services
We assist with the preparation of documents, the booking of appointments (cita previa) and guidance through procedures such as the NIE, TIE, empadronamiento and residence applications. The final decision on any application rests solely with the competent authorities. We cannot guarantee the outcome or the timing of any official procedure.
3. Fees and payment
Our service fees are separate from any official government fees (such as the Modelo 790-012). Fees are communicated before any work begins. Official procedures may also be completed directly with the relevant authorities at no service cost.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and valid documents. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate information or documents provided by you.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for the acts or decisions of any public authority.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Las Palmas, Spain.
